Hi to Suzie ------------------ Have fun now that you're ready to Prowl again. Marty ------------------ You guys will certainly have good luck in the future 'cause you've gotten your bad luck out of the way! ------------------ Richard Debbie take care Gary ------------------ Glad everything worked out and you're back home... We hope to see you again down the road at another get together... ------------------ROARIN Suzie and I want to thank everyone that pitched in and helped us after after the incident. We were both overwhelmed with the outpouring of help when we needed it! I don't think either of us was thinking straight. Sue and I got back yesterday after staying with friends in Swannanoa, (just outside of Ashville). It was touch and go all week as to the repair of ROARIN. The parts were coming from all over the U.S. and nobody knew where they were coming from. We were waiting for upper and lower "A" arms, steering knuckle, rotor, ball joint, and wheel for the drivers side. Upper "A" arm and ball joint for the passenger side. They said the upper "A" arm was deformed when they did the recall on the Ball joints. Everthing came together Friday afternoon about Four-Thirty. I picked up the Cat Saturday and headed to the Music Road Hotel to pick up the trailer. Pigeon Forge was a mess, it took me almost an hour to get down the main street to get to the Hotel. Not only had the Hotel kept an eye on the trailer but all the "Hot Rodders" that were there were keeping an eye on it. What a crowd!
Everything was taken care of under warrarnty! I have no idea who I have to thank for that!!!!!
The Cat is much better shape than it was when we drove it down there.
Again our sincerest thanks to everyone. You are a great group of people!!
Still ROARIN (Lee & Sue Schaeffer)
MIKE GATLIN Lee, great to hear you are up and running. The memories of a fabulous PTS trip will long outlast the bummer of a busted ball joint. Lot of fun seeing you guys again and I look forward to the next one. Bob Goetz Glad to see you made it home! Myself and Marty Usher were waiting for a call to see if we had to overnight a rim to get you home. Now that I know your back I will send the side panels out tommorow. Bob
