------------------ ------------------Bob Goetz Wow I use the Private Message System a lot and I try to delete the incoming messages I do not need a couple times a month. Today I realized that my out box has messages sent all the way back to August of 2002! I thought maybe they would delete themselves after a certain time like my regular e-mail. So check you out going mail and delete the stuff you don't need I will bet if we all do it we can free up a bunch of space on the server.

Isn't 1400 a normal day's posting for you? Bob Goetz Chris I know I had to take a nap. CJ I always delete my outbox as soon as I send messages. SuperKat Our firm deletes email and inhouse PM every 60 days. That might save some space if this becomes a problem. Why keep these in the system? idive What are you talking about? I have some incoming pm's on HERE that I have saved, because there's info in them I want to keep. Are you saying that they will get deleted automatically at some point? And I have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to an outgoing archive on here. Yea, I've sent outgoing pm's here but never knew that they were still in my POA pm box somewhere... ed monahan Mickey, there are two boxes. The first lists incoming PMs that you received. Directly under that is a list of the PMs you sent. If you do not delete them, they are still in plain sight. Scroll down. Dave Mills I print out the ones I want to keep and delete all my PM's every 30 days.
