Drove home today , parked the prowler , small amout of steam coming from under the hood and saw a little water coming out the top hose. i changed the hose, replaced with new clamps , toped of with radiator fluid. started the car up. then, water started to leakunder the car on the car (passenger side mid section of the moter, Anybody have any feed back? |

Good point, Dale....If it isn't colored (antifreeze) it ISN'T coming from your cooling system....It IS condensation. |

The coolant tank is mid way pass side, it has a overflow if tank fills up. Was ovewflow tank full? Might be over heating. |

Now we have confirmed it is antifreeze, do you know about the trapped air that the Prowler is known for? There is a process to bleed trapped air out of the cooling system. If you don't get the air out it will overheat and push antifreeze out of the overflow tank. |

After rereading your original post I almost guarantee you have air in your cooling system. This is a common problem on a Prowler. Here is a link that tells how to bleed air out of the cooling system. This message has been edited by padroo on 12-04-2017 at 11:45 PM |
