Now you want to talk about a project, here is one.
I wanted all my toys (well not all them, but a couple more) in one place at one time.
It took me a week to take the rear end off Perl just to make the hitch. The trailer is air ride with on board air and will sit down on the ground so I can load and unload with out ramps. The motorcycle is a Harley soft tail with a springer and a screaming eagle 110 cu in motor.
Talking about turning heads, this package does it.
I will do a more complete thread on the build with pictures
later.

There just isn't much there structurally to attach the hitch to. The hitch itself isn't the weak part.
