I've concluded that I must be really lacking in grey matter when it comes to either setting up a scrapbook page or otherwise submitting pictures. Every time I've tried I've failed and given up in frustration. I never have this problem in normal day to day emailing when I want to attach pictures. What am I missing? Help.....anybody. |

It has to be simple, even I can do it. lol Above this white box that you type a reply is a paper clip icon, on the right side, next to a question mark. Click on the paper clip. When the new screen comes up you have to hit the BROWSE button. That should take you to your pictures on your computer. You have to click on the picture you want to upload and then right click and you get a menu, the top choice should be SELECT. Click on that. If it is the correct size and named correctly it should upload with a few more clicks. According to what Windows program you have on your computer, you should be able to re-size or rename without much of a problem. I hope that helps some. |

To paraphrase Alley Cat, It's the end of the world I tell ya. I never thought I would see the day when I could help someone with computer problems. Glad it worked. Now can you help Jim & Don figure it out? It does not work exactly the same way on all computers. I have Windows 7 now, (I think) and I used to have XP, (I think). It is easier now to edit pics. I don't think I did my own scrapbook. Mine is over 10 years old and I haven't had that Prowler for at least 5 years. I ought to update it probably. I just tried to edit my scrapbook and created 2 new ones by mistake. I have no idea how to correct that mess that I made. I gave up. |

Not to muddy up the waters, but I'm also having trouble putting an image with my user name. I did send a request to newavatar to do this but never got a response. Ed, or anybody.....help!! |

After spending some hours with the scrapbook I made it, to post pics and infos... But everytime I´m going to update my s.b, it takes a lot of thinking to get it done again. A more system, that is more easy to operate would be helpful.
