that is a 99 Prowler with some aftermarket stuff

Hardtop
Carlini or TGF turnsignal relocate kit
California Howler decal

That is a 1st generation hardtop, maybe Metalcrafters made the decal and sold it with the 1st hardtops

The Howler was black with a V8 and a box on the rear more like an old T bucket that was done as a concept vehicle


Me no understand a guy 6'2" not being able to drive it.
The guy is saying it should be for someone under 6', guess we have a lot of owners that need to sell their car since they are TOO TALL
Craig Love is 6'9" & Jerry Scholten is 6'3" if these engineers can drive them and Jerry has many miles in IScream plus all the other Mules he has driven

that is not the howler.the howler was a prowler pickup if you can imagine that.i have a model of it.rather ugly.
