The Goodguys 27th All American Get-Together on March 29 & 30, 2008. Pleasanton CA Fairgrounds. Most likely, ObiWan with his great visual display of anything-Prowler will be there. For the proud rodders, it's about time! Winter is usually when their 4-wheeled pride and joy is under cover and rarely gets taken out. It's show time! and out comes the bling-blinged beauties. The gleaming and gorgeous machines are in P-town! The parade of Pimpin Prowlers, lead sleds, fancy 55's, hemi'd Mopars, carnivorous Camaros, rat rods, terrible 32's, wild woodies, mean Mustangs, tricked-out trucks and a cavalcade of custom cars of all year and models will be showcased. I just picked up my new burned-orange Prowler at the Goodguys World Headquarter past week. The Kat was stored there, it has only 5000 miles on the speedo. -------------------------------- With the help from the Goodguys Gary & Marc Meadors, the Prowler gets mild modified this week. INTRO-Wheels build a one-off set of Rims,(aviable soon for Prowlers) , the (Nitto) Tires are from the Goodyear Tire Shop in Livermore, the BellyPan by Gary and other body mods were done by the Livermore-Collision- Center, exhaust mods is by the Livermore Muffler shop. So, the 2001KAT went in the past 3 days to the Chysler Service,to the Tire Shop,to the BodyShop,to the Muffler Shop. Ups, that Kat keeps my busy, usually I want to make 10days relaxed vacation, but like always. it cames not like planed. I hope to have the Prowler ready to cruise" to the pleasanton-weekend. (... by the way, I have a brand new trailer-hitch 4sale, still in the box, $200, and a license-bracket for use with bumpers, $ 10, ...should I bring the parts ?? ) See you there ... Congrats Condor!! Come on over Reechee. We'll have a blast amidst the projected sunny weather, temps 70's and the cool collection of cats & custom cars. The cat attendance is usually more on Saturday. I'll be there for sure. Sunday, I might bring my 07 VileVicousVette. |

Ups, sunday was busy, 3000 Hot Rods, Muscle Cars, Classics and only one Prowler, that draw more than a lot attention ! ... not even one Prowler showed up sundays in P-Town, saturdays I located one stock Mulholland.. Perfect weather, thousands of spectators, Scene VIps, Chrysler Reps and no POA ???? Just my Custom-Burned-Orange sat on a prime parking spot, and almost 3000 other nice American Rides. What happend ? , I read here, that lots of Prowlers will be there. Aniway, I had lots of fun. |
