My surprise Christmas gift was a friends' painting of my prowler. He is a local artist who specializes in cars. He has done hot rods, corvettes, Model A's. My wife took several digital shots of the car's details, such as wheels, lights, bumpers, mirrors etc. He painted my portrait from those pictures. He has never seen the actual car. It is amazingly accurate. It looks like the actual car. This is a present that I'll always treasure. This artist would be willing to do anyones' cars who would be interested. He can do it just from your photos. I am going to attempt to post a photo of the actual painting. Let me know if anyone is interested. I will put you in direct contact with him. Rod |

Here's another one to try. Saw him and some of his work at a car show. This guy has talent! His site is rwt3art.com and his name is Ralph W. Trimmer. 1-877-8-CAR ART or 214-553-8005. Send him a pic of your car and he will draw it. His site shows some steps he takes in making a piece. I have a friend in Illinois that was making me something in her art class for Christmas. I have not gotten it yet, and don't know what it is, cause her teacher won't let her take it out of the art display case in school. I can hardly wait to see what it is!!!
