Would very much like to know, If the overall opinion of the Lambo door Diablo Gt kit as seen advertised on e-bay....Is a Positive or a negative undertaking.... Anyone that did the Hinge kit install themselves I would like to contact.. Please reply to bradob1@aol.com I looked up archives related to the door kit and really could not tell if Prowler owners were satisfied or dissapointed with this kit....... ------------------ |

Brad, I would hold off a bit on the E-Bay unit. There is a strong rumor that Obi-Wan will have, in the very near future, exclusive sales rights to an excellent retro fit kit for the 'tilt up doors' designed and built for Prowlers. This kit will be a real 'bolt on unit' that has extremely robust design features. Hopefully he will post soon and explain the development/installation/purchasing process! |

Personally,,,I like the look. On the downside,,,,our local car show will not allow the doors to be displayed in the UP position. Something about kids getting hurt "if" the door would come down on them??? Weak excuse,,in my opinion. |
