Well...I stopped in today to try it out and Guess which car made the cover of all the menus....You guess it, the PROWLER!

They printed alot of the color menus and said customers can take them...so if any of you collectors want one for your Prowler stuff collection let me know. I'll wait a few days and go bug the manager for enough for all who want one.

We have several Sonic Drive-Ins but no Dine-Ins. We spend lots of time sitting outside in the mostly nice but sometimes hot and windy weather with lots of other car folks every Saturday between April and October, it would be nice to be inside.

To answer a couple of questions...

Sonic Drive-Ins is an Oklahoma City based company. It's national headquarters is right next door to the new restaurant.

The dine-in is a new concept they are trying. They just built two in the Phoenix area and the OKC location is only the third in the country.

Most other Sonics just have the menus posted at the stalls where cars pull up and order ...but I doubt they have printed menus. These new menus are placed at each table inside the dine-in and there is a phone you pick up to place your order.

I'll give it a few more days and then I'll pick 'em up and start addressing envelopes. For whoever mentioned postage, don't worry about it. If I had a hundred requests that would only be $37....that's not enough to worry about amongst friends!
