I read him all the posts by the way and he really thought that was neat. he said "but no one wants to buy the car huh?" -hehe, that is my dad! Thank you Amanda for keeping us informed. ********************************************************** To all of the POA membership - please continue to keep Curtis in your thoughts and prayers. |

I can finally post on the board. Thank you AlleyCat for posting the updates about my dad. I know he has many friends here and one of the things he asked me this morning was, "have you been to POA this morning?" I'll pass along any further info as I get it. I am also reading all your posts to him when I talk to him. Thanks again for all your prayers and thoughts. -amanda- |

Blockbuster, I am extemely displeased with you. Not for being sick, but for letting your daughter converse with Alley Cat. I realize you are probably out of your mind, due to drugs so I will forgive you. Let me know when you are better so I can give you he.ll for your lapse in judgement. Seriously, good luck, get well quickly and get back on the board. This message has been edited by ed monahan on 08-22-2004 at 11:06 PM |

Curtis Don't worry you'll be back on your feet in no time!! I am proof of modern Medicine. 4 titanium plates in my head! A long time in a coma I had to learn to walk and talk again!! But the best part was taking a shower while in rehab because I always had to have a nurse there incase I hit my head. I hope I didn't forget to mention I was at Stanford MED center with undergraduate nurses!!!! Thank heavens I still had some fire dept. figure still there!! firegabe |

obi-won, Thanks for asking about visiting him. I actually think he is a bit overwhelmed with visitors (who have been mostly family) I talked to him just now and he seems really tired. He should hopefully be released by wednesday, we are waiting to hear about the biospy they did this afternoon. |

Curtis, having spoken to you a couple times on the board, I know you will get better....even though you probably wont be stock (have to get rid of that tumor and maybe have an injection pump installed). Looking forward to seeing you back on the board, your one of the Katt owners that inspire many of the others. Our thoughts go out to you and your family, speedy recovery. Craig and Violet. |
