Once again Im on the add a Mod a month thing, I ordered up a couple of items from Bob about a week and a half ago, a couple of hunderd $$$ and they didnt show up when I thought they should be here was gonna give it another day or two when out of the blue I get a call from Bob telling me that UPS had destroyed the box and lost some parts in Oakland Ca. now that is what I call service above and beyond not only did he ship very fast but he took the time to follow up on the delivery or in this case the loss of it and call me to inform me what is going on, my service from Bob has always been good but this is awsome. I hope that all continue to support the venders that support our needs and habits. JMO block-buster |

Hey Curtis Thanks! its comments like yours that makes me keep doing what I do. UPS told me they are going to look for the parts for 4 to 5 days in the DC but they will not contact me if they find them only if they do not so if they show up between now and next Wednesday let me know. Bob talked to me at length about a part I was making myself. Offered me some suggestions and was just really helpful. He didn't have to do this, but he took the time to help me. You can bet that when I'm in the market for a mod he will be the first person I call. Great additude makes for a great business. He is first class. |

I talked to Bob even before I bought my Kat. He has spent literally hours on the phone with me going over the very basic things to know about owning a Kat, even before we got into the mods I want to do. I would also put a plug in for Larry for his trunk protectors, Jay for his shimmers, and Paul for his DekPro protectors. All provide customer service you just do not see in the "real" world. Thanks for making this more than a hobby. ------------------ |

Bob's service is first rate and his advice and love of Prowlers is really something else. He also has great taste in music! Having said that, all of the Prowler venders have been great. There's just something special about this Prowler community! |

I have dealt with Bob a couple of times, and found him to be an excellent vendor for Prowler Mods. He's very reliable, and parts arrived in excellent time. He talked to me at length too about several other mods I'm considering. Thanks for all the help, and info Bob!! Mav |

I purchased one of Bob's Rear Pans and a Hard Top thru Bob. The quality and fit of the pan was far beyond what I expected, after buying aftermarket parts for my cars over the years from other venders. Keep up the good work and Quality, Bob. We all really appreciate it. Bob even went so far as to stay up all night-- every night-- in the parking lot of the hotel in Pigeon Forge to guard everyone's car, hmmmmmmm, or was it the beer.
