The red car is here in GA. I have seen it in person once but it did not have the scoop on it then. The deck mural is excellent with one exception (at least when I saw it a year ago) The yellow outlining the scratches was done on top of the clear coat and was fairly thick. He siad it was done on purpose. It would have looked better if he cleared over the whole thing. He may have later on. The side pipes weren't on it at the time either. Blue Cat, Eddie and I tried to get him interested in the POA and our local group but I don't think we were successful.
The yellow and purple car was on Ebay for sale before, two or three years ago.

anytime someone does a custom paint job on a car there are so many opinions, kind of like A**HOLES...we all got one.....I have heard many opinions of my car from people standing by it and not knowing the owner was right there too.

What I see here are some good IDEAS, would I want to do them all to my car, NO, but then again I didn't want all that was done to my car the way it is..........BUT.. after the 1st show there was no way in H*LL Sue was going to let me get rid of the cat on the door, which has been called a dog, rat as well as a cat.

Look at the custom cars for what they are. Personalized vehicles for that one person. When I painted mine I knew I was making a mistake for the resale value, BUT I DIDN'T CARE, I did it for me and was not planning on selling it.
I did have one guy that wanted it, I gave him a price and he thought about it, then the stock market dropped and so did his ability to buy it. These people that customized the cars and are trying to recover the investment of the mods are never going to get the money back. They might get some, but most people would prefer a car that didn't have mods that we so DRASTIC and not reversable without a complete teardown and repaint......and a $10,000 custom paint job will cost that ot more to reverse correctly.

Is my paint perfect, NO, it is a nice 10' car, but 18,000 miles on a complete repaint, and 500 miles in South Dakota the BADLANDS should be renamed BADROADS, my car is in need of a repaint again.......when it is done what will it look like? I do not know, but it will be interesting ..will you like it.....I DON'T CARE......the main thing is do Sue and I like it

So for those that make comments on the Customized Cars listed, REMEMBER THE PERSON BUYING IT MIGHT BE ONE OF US SOMEDAY.....THE PERSON SELLING IT COULD HAVE BEEN...........AND YOU MIGHT LIKE SOME OF THE MODS AND WANT TO DO IT TO YOUR CAR.

My TWO Cents
