JUST PURCHASED BLACK TIE PROWLER-- #152 THAT WAS SOLD IN QUEBEC CANADA THE FIRST TIME IT WAS TITLED. THE CAR WAS DELIVERED AND TITLED IN INDIANA. THE CAR IS LIKE NEW CONDITION WITH 3000 MILES. IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE IN A CANADA PROWLER AND A USA PROWLER. |

Prowler Black Tie- Congrats on the Black Tie and welcome to POA! I'm sure some of the more knowledgeable and experienced will chime in here about the differences between the Canadian & U.S. Kats. ------------------ |

I think you have to buy fuel by the litre instead of by the gallon. Seriously, you have daytime running lights that are always on and the speedometer has the KM and MPH reversed, I think. Welcome to the POA and congrats on the cat. Keep it stock ------------------ |

No speed limiter on north of the boarder cars, daytime running lights and different impact ratings on the bumpers. And every time someone ask's you what it is you have to answer " It's a Plymouth Prowler EH " ------------------ This message has been edited by Bob Goetz on 02-26-2004 at 05:10 PM |

Greetings from Black Tie #153. I have friends in Michigan who have bought Canadian cars in the past. Usually no issues except speedometer is in metric and has to be changed. This may not have been an issue with Prowlers. If it was changed, you'll need to check into the warranty and find out when it runs out. Mine goes through June of this year, so make sure you check out everything. |
