What an eye popper! I like the "PurpWard Edition" design? What color is the dash panel and tub?

Personally, I think Woodwards and Black Ties should NOT be repainted differently. They are rare enough...what's the point?

Strikes me as a "Woodward edition" that has become the "8 Mile edition."

Looks to me like someone couldn't decide whether they wanted a black, red, purple, or possibly orange prowler, and couldn't afford them all (LOL!) so they did this.

I'm betting the dash is yellow to round out the mix....

Marty & AC -

If they had taken the wipers off like we keep advising everyone to do, these nice Prowler owners could have avoided the service/repair work!

No wipers = no scratched windsheild.

Chris: Nick told me the name and I didn't recognize it - seems they have been dealing with the painter regarding problems with it. That's why I couldn't get mine in earlier for the shock replacement - not enough storage room and they don't let them sit outside. T

I can't decide if I like it or not. I had a similar thing happen. In 1978 my very large dog accidently got locked in the garage overnight. My Triumph Spitfire was parked in the garage with the top down. He ate the sun visors and some of the upholstery.
