Dan and others . I think Dan's American Made wallpaper needs to be turned into a Prowler or POA T-Shirt. What do you think?

Rich - if you are talking about the one with the American Flag in the background and the cars in all the colors produced, I agree.

I would certainly like to see a POA T-shirt with copy reading "American Made" I REALLY like the design!

I agree. This thread has only been up a short time so I will hold off, BUT if someone knows someone who does silk screening, please take the ball and run with it.
If no one else wants to do it, I will do it but not until after the Smoky Mtn. event.
That would be the type of T-shirt that I would be willing to buy several. A few spares for down the road. Make sure they are very good shirts.

I think Kelly Ethridge did the museum shirts? Maybe she would be interested in doing these. Don and Kelly live in Houston if anyone can contact them on this.

Hey we just had T-shirts made for our car show. This guy uses "sublimation" and it makes it look like a photo; especially when it is printed on the "sof-link" shirts. These shirts are 100% poly on the outside and 100% cotton on the inside but they are twice as expensive as regular shirts. The cost of just one shirt with print on one side is $20 and second side print is about another $2. The price goes down with a volume order. He did our show shirts for $8 on a regular shirt printed on one side.

With sublimation he can individualize each shirt ... change the full view cat to match the color of your cat ... add your name and your cat on the front ... etc

I will be glad to handle this if you want me to and we might even get it together before PTS.

Scotty

I don't know about sublimation. I would prefer something more parmanent than iron as they don't last at all. Silk Screen would be good. Or if the sublimation is fairly permanent that will be good as well. $20 is reasonable. Like Ed I would need a few spares for both of us.

Rich aka (Beware) and all interested,

Based on the interest that is starting up. I have begun to make some phone calls about doing some shirts with silk screen. I'm awaiting the return calls.

I have sent them the image to let me know what it will take.

I will also have to talk with Mike Krehel and Phil about the Prowler logo licensing plus the usage of both Mikes logo and the wallpaper I rendered. Not sure how complicated that will get.

Later...

What would you guys and gals want to see??

1. POA logo in the front with my American flag on the back?
2. American flag on the back only??
3. Would you prefer a T-SHIRT or polo shirt??
Note: I would almost think a quality T-SHIRT would fit this layout better.

Let me know ...

Dan
Love your wallpaper design.
I am far from being an artist but had you tried doing the "Made in the USA" using red and white so it stands out a little more?
This is the first time I seen it and you certainly have created a master piece.
My opinion, what ever or where ever this is put on will "WEAR WELL". I would be in for at least 10 shirts.
Dan G

Dan, as usual your work is outstanding. My only comment on the design is that I'd like to see the "Made In The U.S.A." stand out more. It looks a bit hard to see. That said I agree with IDIVE about contacting Don Ethridge through their site at.

Dan,
The art looks great !!
I would go for the logo on the front and the "MADE IN AMERICA" art on the back. However, whatever you do - count us in - you won't be able to keep up with the demand.
Nice Job

I like the POA on the front and Made in the USA on the back. As others have said it would be nice if the "Made in the USA" was more pronounced.

Sublimation has its drawbacks but it easily allows personalization of each shirt IE: your cat added to the logo on the back.

Either way I'm in and can't wait to wear one.

Nice design for the shirts. I will be willing to buy a couple myself. How much for a T-shirt?

Dan - I like to POA on the front OR perhaps just a small Prowler logo in the left chest area (like over a pocket) and your artwork on the back. I agree the Made in USA needs to stand out more for a shirt design. Have you considered putting the words American Made or Made in USA above the flag? I vote for T shirts over polo shirt.

I think I like this idea of a small POA logo on the front or putting POA.com under the flag on the back and then personalizing the front with each person's cat and username.
