Last night I ran out for a quick Lowels purchase. Took the Prowler and when I was walking in, one of the employees pointed out to me that there was another Prowler in the lot. As I was coming out, I managed to hook up with the owner. We chatted for about a half an hour. Let him know about the web site. He told me he picked his up off a salvage title and did most of the work himself to bring it “back”. The timing he described to me and the fact that it is a Mulholland, leads me to believe that it was this car that he repaired. I think his original intention was to repair it and sell it, but liked it too much to get rid of it! Hopefully we’ve gained another member with this conversation! ------------------ |

Maybe it was my original blue prowler that the engine went bad in last year on Memorial day and Chrysler bought it back. It sat for a little while at Eastgate Chrysler and then who knows where it went to. I really love my yellow 2002 much better. The blue was hard to keep clean. Someday maybe you will come up to Castleton Square and see mine out in the parking lot across from the mall at my bird store and stop by. The address is 5919 East 82nd. Denis

Denis, I still plan on meeting up with you at some point! in this case, the guy described the damage that had been done on the vehicle. Sounded pretty close to what's in the picture. I assume ron13149 isn't an active member any longer to ask directly. The best colors are always hard to keep clean. No pain no gain. |

I would rather drive or and watch you clean your blue car then to be out there worrying everytime I park near some place that has construction going on about a quarter mile away. At least the yellow doesn't show that it is dirty.. I like your updates that you have been posting. I haven't done too much, but if I like your car well enough I will just copy after you or steal your car out of your garage late some evening.. I have a girlfriend that isn't into street rods. Would you believe that my 2002 only has now 2,700 miles on it? Too many honeydo's at home to let me out on the road. Denis |

I submitted the Mulholland wrecked Prowlers to wreckedexotics.com Check out the totalled Prowler online http://www.wreckedexotics.com/prowler/ PS- Wouldn't it cost more the fix a Prowler than buy one new? The Parts on our car cost a fortune $$$$. All the restoration for a salvaged Cat?

I would have to agree with the cost. The sad thing about mine was that it was just a motor that ruined my fun. A very expensive Flinstone Flyer it became until Santa Chrysler came along and bought me a new one. Denis |
