Today, Howler Cat was honored to be a part in one of Jesse James Monster Garage Episodes which will return to Dicovery Channel on every Monday night at 8:00 PM starting on September 30, 2002. The segment, approx. 2-5 minutes long, with Howler Cat will probably air in November 11, 2002. I will check for actual date. Also, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Norb Schroll at Metalcrafters, Inc., and Darren Schurig at Monster Garage for given Howler Cat the Stardom  . It was a blast to meet Jesse James, the consummate motorcycle outlaw. They gave the permision to take a few photos and would like to share them with all of the POA members.

Binh, I want to thank you for rearranging your schedule to be able to accommodate the shows request. I would have liked to have gone with you as planned, but the need to stay in the office was much more important. Everyone at Monster's Garage wanted me to pass along their appreciation for bringing down the Prowler. I hope a plug for the club was mentioned as planned. Binh and I were trying to find a ProwlerOnline windshield banner to put on the car for the filming, but in the short amount of time we had, we were unsuccessful. We tried our best. |

Cliff, Thanks. It was less than 24 hour notice. I've found out from Norb about 3:00 pm. I went home and clean the cat for couple of hours. Then, I had to be there the next day by 10:00AM. It was meant to be. Next time and thanks again. Todd, I've told you where the girls are. But, you have to use your own bates... ------------------ |

Racer X, Jesse was really down to earth kind of a guy. Now, since you've brought it up, honestly, I didn't remember what he looked like. I saw him once on the Discovery Channel about two months ago in a Harley Davidson stories. He had a beard then. Actually, he came up to me and asked if that was my Prowler. He asked he how I got from Metalcrafter and how do I like it since I owned it. At the end of the conversation, he didn't even introduce himself as Jesse James. I really thought he was one of the members in camera crew. I approached Darren about 10 minutes later and told him he's with a great crew, especially the guy in the red shirt. Darren said "Oh, that's Jesse. Jesse James. I really felt embarrassed and came up to Jesse and apologized and he replied, "Don't worry about it, Binh, I am just a guy who loves Harley Davidsons." And shook my hand. Yes, Race X, he is really cool. ------------------ |
