Has anyone ever gone through two motors on a prowler in 1600 miles? My Mulholland Blue ate a rod bearing and crank at 975 miles and the back oil galley plug fell out at 1600 miles and is now being bought back by Chrysler. If I had ran the crap out of this car I would have said I deserved it, but I was idling down my street when the galley plug came out and in traffic when the rod bearing spun. I am currently in the process of buying another new prowler and as soon as Impartial Services sends my money back I'll be off to a dealer to get a new 2002 silver. Gave up on the Mulholland Blue.

DW - good move to the silver! Consider yourself lucky as the odds of getting another lemon are very slim. Ford once announced if anything was seriously wrong with a car,,you would find it's faults and problems early in the ownership. You found them early and the hard way, but much better than after you spend lots of $$$ on upgrades or out of warranty. Glad to hear you are trying it again

Please, let's not mention Ford. My new T bird has a rotten smell, Ford admits the smell is there and refuses to fix it.
Lemon law laywer has the case now.

JRL - Sorry, I understand. You could also mention to them that the T-Bird headlights look like they came out of the Neon's parts bin.

The T-Bird looks like those Chervron toy cars-the front.
