CJ, what do you think of a big THANK YOU! card to the plant workers for producing our favorite car? If Mike can perhaps supply you with a list of all the registered owners names which could be printed on the card, in lue of real signatures. I know I'd love to just say "Thanks" in some way.... Perhaps a BIG card, say 4' x 8' or maybe smaller... Any other thoughts on this?? ------------------ |

If Mike, Dan, Cliff or someone else out there with computer expertise can put together a graphic and insert POA names/comments ands either burn to disc or email (if not to large) I can have our Graphics Dept. print a "card" up to 48" x 96" full color/laminated. Now we're cookin'. I think the graphic should be the POA title but with the orginal Purple Prowler on it somehow... This is all assuming Mike has the time for this but we could all send in a simple Thank You note in e-mail to Mike or whomever and those could be printed on the "card". Just a short note nothing to long or big. They would act as signatures from each owner... ------------------ |

I think the card is the way to go and with Mike already working on it, I'm guessing it will be great. As to giving gifts, I'll pass on that. Let me know what you need as to an "Thank You" message for the card from me. ------------------ |

Here's what we have planned (keeping fingers crossed)... Tony Goertz is working on the software to put together a Virtual Picture Gallery. I know that a lot of you have been to the plant and have taken lots of pictures. Here's where you'll have an opportunity to share your pictures and express your thanks to all the fine men and women who have built our kats. Please look for any pictures you might have of the CAAP people. Also, try to put a name to each of the faces. If you can't, we could number the pictures and fill in the names later. The gallery will have a button for you to upload the pictures from your computer. It will automatically generate a thumbnail and a larger clickable picture in the gallery. Please don't post them here on the message board yet. We will also have a message area for you to send your expression of gratitude also. Hoping that things go well, the gallery will be up sometime at the beginning of next week. Once the gallery is completed and everyone has had an opportunity to contribute to it, we'll generate a CD to be presented to each of the CAAP people along with the other presents. ------------------ |
