I'd pick the Prowler, the Yellow is a little different. Hey and this time it is a Chrysler Yellow Prowler, less built then the Plymouth's. I know a black 2000 ACR Viper, low miles, if you are interested? This message has been edited by CA Phil on 11-18-2001 at 10:22 PM |

Thanks all Glad to be back. I will make my mind up today. I do have a Mulholland at our cabin. I saw a yellow Prowler and got the bug for yellow. I was at a car show For some odd reason, when I drove the Viper, it was a bit scarry. If felt it was going to take off on me and I could not control it. A Prowler sort of wraps around you. I will let you all know today. thanks This message has been edited by SasyMama on 11-19-2001 at 08:06 AM |

I considered buying a 2001 yellow RT about 3 weeks ago ( I could have got a rediculously low price). But I do not have any where to put it and my fiance would never allow me to sell the Prowler to get it. If I could get any other color Prowler, yellow would be it. I planned on buying another one in the next couple of years for my fiance and was hoping to get a yellow one. But she is dead set on Purple. So I guess I will have to get the yellow Viper if I want a yellow car. With the prices as low as they are, now is the time to buy. I would go for the yellow Prowler and take the money saved from buying the Viper and take a road trip, or buy a couple motorcycles, or buy stocks (now is the time to buy those also). ------------------ • MTD Prowler Intake System 2.1 With EGR Bypass Kit Future Mods: |

Great to see you back Sassy... since $ is not a part of this, get both. But personally, I prefer Prowler's. |

hey sassy, well I've been in them all (exotics) and comparing the two, well obviously the viper is the fastest and then will handle better, but you better know how to drive because you'll wind up dead, the prowler get's the most looks it is definitely a cruise mobile and you can make them fast, I think it's great when you spank someone racing and they go ("hey, what do you got for a engine") and you reply "oh a v-6 and then you watch them kind of slutch in their seats as if to say I have to get me one of those, either way whatever you choose you can't go wrong! and yellow is dcoolest and yes I do have a yellow, but it's not stock! (definitely not stock!!!!!!) |

Sasy, Invoice appears to be $63,660 including destination. Add $3,000 for gas guzzler tax plus profit. You didn't mention if you wanted the hardtop or not. Invoice on that is $2,200. ------------------ |

The dealer here in Pittsburgh, PA has one yellow RT/10 and one yellow GTS, both brand new. He's down $71000 for GTS, $71500 for RT/10. The RT/10 has the factory hard top with it. The dealer is Century III Dodge, Pittsburgh, PA. I don't have a phone book now, but if you want I can look it up later. I also called Woodhouse about a Viper, several months ago, and if I remember correctly he was down to $69000 for an RT/10 but I don't remember if it had a hard top or not. |
