This may not be for everyone, but I've grapled with the recent horror of an attack on our way of life. I would like to DO something. I have read many ways of doing this indivdually-- but with the group on this site I would like to propose a collective effort: A group POA donation to a dream.Trade a dream for a dream.

My old dream: restoring a '72 Pontiac GTO to it's former glory. It is a weekend driver and is in great shape already.

My new dream: Helping those families who's dream may have died with Tuesday's events.

I'm going to donate the '72 Pontiac GTO any effort we come up with.

I'm looking for ideas and visions from anyone who needs to keep hope alive!

Any other dreamers?

I would help out, like donate the transportation to haul your car where it needs to go, to the new owner or charity, I see ebay has items for charity auction as well. What do you have in mind?

Thank you – BobKat!

My idea is simple…Trade my old dream for a new dream!

I have had the privilege of living in a society that allows me to dream of greater things, higher than even I’m aware of...only God knows the things we all are facing in our personal lives. Those who gave their lives, past and present, deserve more from me. I’m American. I was raised to believe in God, my country, and myself. Life has knocked a few rough edges off over the course and I think I’m better for it. I’m trying to repay, in a small part, the debt of graditude I owe.

The ’72 GTO “was” a dream of mine, you know how crazy we can get over cars! If we can sell it and other contributions on E-Bay or elsewhere as a collective effort, my hope is that we all can feel we helped - TOGETHER

I’m looking for options on how to sell the car and any other contributions: auctions, car delerships, private buyers, etc.

Logistics on the who, what, when, and where kind of things.

Depending on where the charity or new owner lives, you’ve provided one part of the puzzle for the car– transportation!

Thanks, again!
