I would go 3/4 of inch wider offset than stock, wider stance, Way softer ride with stock tires, or with the 9000's go an inch wider offset. Rich Tilden and the Paxton car did do wider offset than stock. These billet wheels are way lighter, maybe as much as 10 or 15 lbs per wheel, this also will be quicker too, if you care. ------------------ |

Steve T - sorry for the delay,,,,just got them on and am still polishing them up. Hope to get a picture to post this weekend. They are 'BAD', and I am broke Still have a spoiler off a 300M to install, then I'm done for this year. If you look on the Budnik home page, the ones in the lower left corner (bottom) are the ones I bought. This message has been edited by ALLEY CAT on 08-29-2002 at 11:57 PM |

A/C, they look realllllly good. I think it is hard to improve on the stock wheels but I think yours look better. The first ones I have seen that are an actual improvement. Now I have to figure out who picked them out for you, Lethia or fixxum. |

AC - Very nice choice in wheels! I agree with Ed, most of the aftermarket wheels I have seen on other Prowlers just did not look "right". I cannot tell from the picture for sure, did you stay with the Goodyears? Steve |

AC - looks way cool! Can't what to see what the spoiler looks like. When it comes time for the trailer hitch, don't forget the bucket & paper towels (full roll). |

AC: I'm in agreement with Ed & Steve T. I like the stock wheels alot, but your wheels are best best aftermarket ones I've seen on any car! |

Thank you for the nice comments. Larry almost started the dry grass on fire because the cats throw out so much heat underneath The wheels came mounted with new Goodyear EMT tires and low-tire sensors. Larry says I'm incharge of cleaning them, since I helped pick them out! Lethia |

AC, did you have to use wheel spacers on the rear? |

Rich - no, just slip right on. I still have my original wheels and tires, with 21,000 miles on them. I might get one of my original front rims replaced due to slight chrome defect on the inside edge. Takes me about 15 minutes to switch all four back on. |

Thanks Alley, like the others I think those are the best looking aftermarket wheels I have seen installed on a Kat. |
