If I remember correctly, I removed top bolt and loosen bottom bolt then slipped spacer into place and retightened bolt.

my question is how the heck do you get a wrench in there to get the bolts off, am I missing something?? HELP Thank you.

My car is in storage but should be able to get. 1/4” ratchet in there to loosen bolts……. Only remove one bolt & loosen other just enough to slip spacer under it
