I have never noticed that any of the fender brackets were painted anything other then black. The fender is painted before assembling the bracket, so are the huck fasteners also painted? That would indicate to me that they got painted after assembly. |

What Ray said is correct. The 99 yellows had a yellow insert. The 99 Reds had black inserts. I guess they figured out it was cheaper to paint all of them black and be done with it instead of painting that small piece a diff. color for each run. |

you can buy a fdr for way less than bills outrageous prices direct from a dealer,if the dealer will give you a discount even better.about a yr ago i paid 825.00 from a dealer. ------------------ |

if you think bill is so gteat ,ask all the people before you buy.allways call more than one place .some dealers,we have a dodge ealer here in scottsdale who tkaes the list price and marks it up 20 to 25 percent and quotes you that as the list,then gives you a supposed discount.but you are still paying list price.chapman dodge does that all day long. ------------------ |

I have come up with a couple of sets of bracket since and have seen e few others go on ebay fairly cheaply. They are not new of course. |
