2005 Custom Chevy SSR. 69,000 miles LS2 engine/6 speed

Truck has brand new 20" chrome wheels/tires - see below pic

Side pipes can be/have been functional. Currently have dual 2 1/2" exhaust running through Magnaflow dumping out just past rear axle. Engine has Custom grind 224/230 113 LSA cam; Kooks Headers with Magnaflow high flow cats; 410 gears


Custom paint; lowered front and rear; one off custom front facia (being resprayed due to rock chips from daily driving use) custom interior with auxilary guages; all emblems, logos, etc. shaved from body

Larry - I've had my Prowler and SSR for last 8 1/2 years and 220,000 miles. I believe we should always have a low mileage vehicle and think it's time for Rebecca to get a car she wants. I am working from home now so my driving is cut way down.

Looking at Red Mercedes CLK convertible with beige interior for her. I'll either drive the 2003 Jaguar or sell it and buy a beater Mustang Convertible or Sebring Convertible. With no car payments and the fact I want to get a 2005-2007 Viper in about 5 years, I can start saving now.

This is a beautiful SSR. I have been "cautiously" looking for an '06 black over silver like my prowler. If I were a little "younger" yours would suit me fine. Good luck with your sale.

Thanks for the comments. My Prowler was my "Dream Car" but the SSR has been a wonderful daily driver. It still drives great and the V8 plus 6 Speed really make it fun. I had to replace the wheels because the billet front wheels were soft and kept bending. THe new chrome ones are sure easier to keep clean - no polishing everytime you wash it!

Marty - can you post up some pics of your jag and maybe a price/mileage/condition? I know someone looking but she's pretty specific what she want I think. Right now she's waiting on a settlement.

Mickey - I wasn't planning doing anything with it until I was done with the SSR but am certainly open to proceeding if a possibility opens up.

If you think she might like to look at it I have to comed to Houston for business next Friday and coulds drive it instead of the SSR. If she likes it and wants it I'm in no hurry to sell and could hold it until she gets her settlement (with deposit and signed agreement)

I've been asked that before. It was owned by Bob Goetz's father prior to when I bought it and he was connected witha high end used car dealership in So Cal, so maybe they had it in a booth a booth nat SEMA but I never confirmed that.
