G-Force Stage-II Performance Gears have been released. Stage-II gears provide a 24% change in final drive ratio. (27% on previous gear sets) For 1/4 mile runs, this means your car will NOT want to shift out of 3rd until farther down the track.
Other improvements include reduced chain backlash and increased strength.
Special Introductory Offer for the first 20 sets ordered.
see www.prowler.ca/gears.html for complete details.

To reserve your set email me at tony@prowler.ca

Wow Ed,

I don't know - had a Trans Am and a Grand Prix on my tail this evening but just played it cool. Do these gears make that much of a difference ?

Supposedly makes them quicker off the line but I do not know about the top end. We could switch them out for the drags and then twice a year for KY Speedway. lol.

John/Ed - the gears certainly make a difference off the line. Top end is computer controlled at 130 and my car will still hit that mark. Gas mileage is only a couple of MPG lower but the car stays in the power range of the torque curve a lot more in city driving. The downside is higher RPM creates more exhaust sound with my glass packs at highway speeds. Some people expressed concern about extra RPM wearing engine out earlier but I blow my engines up every 56,000 miles anyway!

At the track in Louisiana the gears were worth 3 to 4 tenths of a second in the 1/4 mile - several car lengths.
