I'm posting here because you never called back today about my UPS tracking number for the trans cooler cover I ordered 1-3-02, do you have it? Al Porco

When I called Bob on Monday (14) he said he UPS it on Friday (11), I asked for a tracking number but he said he didn't have one and would need to get with UPS for one. I talked to UPS tonight and they said he would have received a tracking number when he shipped, they also said if it was mailed on the 11th I should have received it today (I didn't). This does not make this forum look good when they have a vendor who can't deliver what he says, I have enjoyed my short time here but this pisses me off. I'll be calling the credit card company to have them investigate this problem. So everyone knows that I'm not trying to bash a vendor here's all of the story. Order trans cover 1-3-02, Bob said it would be shipped out on the 4th. 1-14-02 no cover so I call, he says he ran out of shipping containers so he had to wait until the 11th. A shipping container..what's that some kind of new box. Yea right. Bob said he would get me a tracking number and call me back, well he hasn't called me back and I don't have the cover. |

This is strange. I've delt with Bob and he always has gotten back to me within a day or so, and has always done what he has said he has done. Must be some extenuating circumstances |
