If you plan to attend the Biltmore Cruise on the Tuesday of PTS PLEASE register as soon as possible. We must give the Biltmore a guarantee for the group admission and group lunch several days prior to our arrival. This means anybody who does not sign up in advance will STILL be able to cruise to Asheville with us but will have to pay regular admission and not eat with the group. This should be the largest group of Prowlers to ever cruise together. Also, the professional photographer is making arrangements to take photos of individual cars with the Biltmore Mansion in the background. Johnny, make sure that goes to Gary & Kelly Archer since they are doing ALL of the paperwork on the shirts, side trips, etc. I am sure your order will be there in time. I am simply picking up the shirts from the ebroidery guy, since he is local. Check must go to TENN. to Archers. Thanks and glad you are able to make it. This is going to be unbelievable. |

TO REGISTER FOR THE BILTMORE CRUISE/TOUR, THE LUNCH, BUY SHIRTS, OR SIGN UP FOR THE SCCA RACING, PLEASE PRINT ANOTHER COPY OF THE PTS REGISTRATION FORM AND SEND TO GARY & KELLY ARCHER WITH PAYMENT Be sure to tell them if you have already registerd for the event so they do not sign you up again. I may be speaking out of turn but on the shirts since we are at the deadline, I would email Ed and let him know you have placed an order so he can amke a decision on how many more shirts to order. |

Dave originally when you registered the only mandatory pre pay by 08/01 was the event $65 per person event fee and the shirts. The Biltmore and SCCA event fees were optional and could be paid at registration. As I read it, due to a change, the Biltmore and SCCA events now also require pre pay as soon as possible. |

Marty, we were registered for 2 to the Biltmore and lunch. We sent the registration fees for the shirt and registration but not the Biltmore. If we need to send now, should we just send to the same address as previoius ? thanks |

Marty, I registered for the Biltmore trip for 2, 2 shirts , and paid for everything except the lunch at Biltmore, because you guys stated the lunch was still not worked out. I apologize for casuing confusion. I have had several subsequent conversations with the Biltmore. We will give them a guarantee number for the GROUP LUNCh on Thursday August 21st. (without getting into a long discussion it is standard in the catering business for a group this size to give a guarantee number two to three business days prior to an event so food may be ordered and wait staff can be schedukled, etc.) With our event being on a Tuesday, we must give this number on the previous Thursday. They will prepare for 5 % more so if we guarantee 200 they will be ready for 210. We can still REQUEST more meals and they will do all to accomodate us but only promise to take care of 5% more. Regarding ADMISSION TICKETS it would be a nitemare trying to get 200 plus people through the entrance buying tickets on site. They have agreed to send me ???? number of tickets - what ever we tell them - to the Hotel and will charge my American Express for them. We will distribute them at the Registartion Area. For those that choose to pay or decide once they arrive in Pigeon Forge that they want to attend the Biltmore they can pay at the Registration and I can then get extra discounted tickets when we arrive at the Biltmore. Please note this is not the preferred way and could result in delays is admission. We want everyone that would like to join us on the cruise to the Biltmore to be able to get the discounted admission price and have lunch with us and we will do everything we can to make it happen. Making advance arrangements would be appreciated. To confirm your reservations have been received, please contact Gary/Kelly Archer. I do not have access to that info. Marty |
