These are some "TENTATIVE PLANS" and I emphasize "TENTATIVE" awaiting more input from other Florida Cats that are heading for the Great Smokey Mountains.

At this time, the YELLER CAT is heading North early Saturday morning via the Turnpike with the possibility of 4 or 5 more Cats joining in along the way. Our departure time and rendezvous will depend on those desiring to make the journey with us, so everyone should post something and I will finalize the YELLER CAT's plans with hopes that a bunch of us can get together.

Plans are to continue the Saturday drive all day until we reach Stockbridge, GA, just South of Atlanta. Currently we are checking out the room accommodations there. Anyone have any "personal" experiences with this area's accommodations?

Departure Sunday morning from Stockbridge is being favored to miss the usual Saturday or Monday traffic through Atlanta... Sunday morning seems to be the best time for missing the usual Atlanta congestion and delays.

Arrival in Pigeon Forge will be early Sunday afternoon giving us time to relax before the Monday's events. Also, I have promised some other Prowler Owners I would be available Monday for some installations.

Again, these are the YELLER CAT's plans being we are traveling from the furthest South. This provides everyone else an idea of when and where they may join in.

There are 2 other South Florida Owners attending but they are leaving several days earlier so we will meet up with them in Pigeon Forge on Sunday.

PLEASE post your "preferred" route and times ASAP... these are only suggestions for consideration.

Sounds GREAT Rich... any suggestions South of Atlanta (Stockbridge) for lodging?

Talk about an arrival... WOW, this will be lots of Cats coming in the same time... what a beautiful sight!

More later, but for sure Tuesday afternoon.

Nancy and I will be leaving Saturday "about" 7:00 AM... much later than we would like, but we have recently moved and the Yeller Cat and trailer will still be at the old house which requires us driving South then back North before we get started, so if anyone needs to leave earlier, we'll just catch up as quick as the Hemi can.

Based on the Yeller Cat's departure time from Ft. Lauderdale (7:00 AM), how about someone posting some rendezvous points and times, remembering that the Hemi will only go as fast as the signs posted on the side of the road.

This is going to be FUN, FUN, FUN... we are counting the days.

Another request... PLEASE everyone that is meeting along the way, post your intentions as where we can meet and the times. Most of all, post your Cellular Number so we can check in when we are in your designated area.

This includes other than Florida Cats too... the ones that we will be meeting Sunday Morning North of Atlanta.

Don't forget your walkie-talkies... the "Official" channel is 13.0.
