Auburn Cord Duesenburg Parade Info

We will be traveling together, leaving Pigeon Forge after the farewell breakfast on Friday, August 29 arriving in Ft. Wayne, IN the same day. Below is the hotel information. I have blocked a room for all participants on my list of confirmed attendees who will need a room. Please call this week and book your room. Due to the Auburn Festival and Auction, all hotels in Auburn are already full. Ft. Wayne is approximately 20 minutes from Auburn.

The hotel will be providing roped-off parking and a wash station. The State Police post is within a 1/2 mile of the hotel. Brad Beaman, who has been assisting me in the plans for this event, will be stopping by to talk to the State Police about making pass-throughs of the hotel parking lot. This hotel is less than a year old, is in a secure area and not on a main highway.

Depending on what we plan to do after the parade, the hotel will also be offering shuttle service to the auction area for a small fee. If anyone wants to attend the auction and activities, we can leave our cars at the hotel and shuttle back and forth.
