The Woodward is getting a new timing belt tomorrow and new tire on Tues. They are the original run flats. Wow, I forgot how bad that ride is. I have a pair of V S L to put on it, also.

The belt looked fine but I am still glad I had it changed. We plan on driving it to Eureka Springs. I had a slight glitch in the timing of everything but it all worked out. The new tires make it sooooo much more pleasant to drive. I want to get it detailed but I need some consecutive good weather days. Hopefully soon. I am pleased with how things are looking on the Woodward.

How many miles were on it Ed ? Its interesting. Hookers car I just bought has circa 2010 Run flats in excellent condition as it was stored in a heated and cooled garage its entire life. The Candy I bought has brand New Nitto's. I drive them both back from Indy and Pittsburgh respectively. I was amazed at how well the Silver with the Original Run Flats rode- It has the Wonder Bar on it as well. The Candy is 100% stock. I will drive them back to back today.

I will tell you also, the red in 100% stock form is much quieter than the Silver with the Bellanger Headers and the Borla Muffler. More on that later.

I still have original run flats on both 99 & 01. I don't think they ride any different then they did when I bought them 17 and 19 years ago. 99 has 20000 miles and 01 has 56000 miles, all tires still look new, all tire sensors still work. I have never drove one with new non run flats, so I guess I don't know what I'm missing. I don't have wonder bar on either one, but I did buy one to put back on the 99 about 15 years ago, but haven't had time. LOL

I think it is about 28,000 miles. I cut one apart about 10 years to look at the sidewalls. Not much flex there. Maybe your roads are in better shape than ours. They almost HAVE to be. We have millions of pot holes but also grooves so it tends to throw you side to side at times. The run flats are really pronounced on that problem.
