As they all do.. they are making money on the parts...$300.00 for 2 hoses seems excessive... I had no trouble getting the upper and lower hoses just 2 weeks ago... Upper was $64.00 and lower $54.00 + $10.00 for shipping... |

I think regardless of who you order from they seem to pull stock from the same warehouses... That said, some do seem to be a bit better with "Some" parts.... I ordered them from Moparoverstock.com Good luck with your Kat... I'm sure she will love all the new TLC... |

Just picked up Prowler and this is what they did. Timing Belt , Water Pump , Hydraulic Timing Belt Actuator, Camshaft Belt Tensioner Pulley ,Serpentine Belt ,Air Conditioning Belt and Idler, Camshaft Seals ,Thermostat , Radiator cap, Upper and Lower Radiator Hoses ,Exhaust Hangers and Clamps. For a grand total of $1,521.00. Not to bad for all the work they did. The upper Hose was 105,73 and the lower was 83.30 not the 300.00 I earlier stated. The driveshaft noise is still there. They think the shaft is out of balance , I will have to deal with that latter. |

I would not take my car there, They are very high priced. Put the car on jack stands and check the bolts on the front & rear of the driveshaft. Loose bolts have been found many times on Prowlers and will cause noise if loose. The drive shaft is tucked way up in the body and drive shafts usually come out of balance when you run over & hit something on the shaft or a weight falls off. This is very unlikely to happen on a Prowler. This message has been edited by phil2237 on 12-20-2017 at 06:53 PM |
