Well, let's see: Owned by Mike & Judy Krehel: High Voltage Blue Prowler and matching trailer which was the last Prowler built by Chrysler and sold by Christie Auction for Charity Paxton's Supercharged Prowler SoCal Speed Shop Prowlers

Lingenfelter installed the Corvette engine and trans, Chip Foose modified the front suspension, fabricated the grille, modified the hood, extended the rear fenders and constructed the rollpan.

I wouldn't call it famous, but it was made into a Johnny Lighting diecast
For the newbies here, it was released in 2001 with about 15,000 cars made. The picture on the card was taken in my driveway in 2000. We met a guy from Playing Mantis while the car was at the South Bend ISCA car show in 2000. After talking to the guy he said give him some pictures, being in the right place at the right time with something different. ------------------

CJ Thank you for including the SO-CAL Speed Shop Prowler here in the famous Prowler post. Here is another link to more recent pics of the SO-CAL Speed Shop Prowler when I had it at the Papas Dodge Mopar Expo last year sponsored by my local Mopars in Motion car club (MIM).
