I JUST CHECKED ON MY 2002 PROWLER & WAS TOLD I HAVE THE 7 YEAR 70,000 MILE WARRANTY ON THE ENGINE/DRIVE TRAIN. MY VEHICLE WENT INTO SERVICE 09/12/03. ALSO HAVE THE FULL 3 YEAR/ 36,000 MILE WARRANTY |

I just got a card for Chrylser for a service contract (maximum care upgrade) expiraton is 2011 or 60,000 miles 100 deducible for 1,800 or 155 a month ------------------ |

Here is how I understood what was going on> I purchases my 2002 in Jan. 2002. Chrysler was offering a powrtrain warrenty free if you purchases it at that time. It was not indefinate in it's offering. So, my 3/36 also had I believe the 7/100M on the powertrain. I had the service department lookup my car by SN# and it showed it was in fact a part of my factory warrenty. I think all you need to do is go to any dealer and have them look up your car and it will be there if you bought it during their promotion. It was in fact a promotion on cars bought during a period of time., and than gone! So, botton line is if you bought at the right time you got one. |
