There is running water (janitors station) along with mechanical/electrical and storage behind the turntable wall. Room is two story back there. There are floor drains as well. I will have a seperate garage behind one of the garage doors that leads to the lift and car maintenance area. I did dream up the plans after looking at various others designs and adjusting for my own needs. Garage has full security, camera recording and monitoring, remote viewing, multiple electronic lighting scenarios, built-in sound system and wired up for a couple flat panels or projectors. Haven't yet figured out where to put my bed

How about on the turntable!!? That way, with all your cool cars in there, the view will constantly be different!!
