I would like to take mine off after seeing the two silver Kats posted here. Is it really only necessary to heat them up and peel them off? I could just see a big sticky mess underneith them after heating up! Real Hot Rods don't have plastic protectors anywhere. Some Streetrods run around with bra's etc., I have always hated that look!

I prefer the break up of the Orange with the Black. It ties the Front grill screens in along with the tires & interior leather/carpet inside to make it the ultimate choice of colors.

But the guards were put there for a reason (stond chip target). I would contemplate the clear film cause the front of the fenders just beg for stone chips.
