I just received a call from Jerry Wilson aka MeanCat. He was driving about 50 mph on the highway around Midland, MI and hit some ice on the road. He said he was going backward down the highway (it spun) and he hit a guard rail and then slid into the median. He says there is rear end damage, but in the dark, he can't tell how bad it is. A flat bed wrecker just arrived to take the car to a dealer in Midland. He says he just put the insurance back on the car! The good news is that he is okay. He says his back hurts, but other than that he's alright. Kim was home and is sick with the flu, so he was alone in the cat. He will post more when he gets home. Ed, they will not be coming down tomorrow for the dinner. This message has been edited by CJ on 02-25-2005 at 09:33 PM |

Wow, that is bad news. The good news is that he is okay and Kim was not involved. Hopefully the Cat is not serious, either. |

Art..........Jerry asked me to pick up the packages as we were staying at the same hotel. I agreed to pick them up and take them to the dinner and see if anyone is interested in purchasing the items. He gave me the prices, but if there is any other info you need me to know or you don't want me to handle this, email me right away! ------------------ Classic/Beautiful - I'm referring to the Cat of course! |

Jerry - Glad you were not seriously hurt! The cat can be replaced,,,,,but you can't be cloned yet legally. I'm mixing a double shot drink right now,,,,,,to relieve your pain. Kim - glad you were sick with the flu at home,,,,,I know that doesn't sound right, but much better than riding with Jerry doing 360's. To both of you cats = get well soon! |

Jerry was hushed to the hospital only to find out that the crash did him in.he thought he was OK but he had some head bleeding, and back problem and shoulder porbem.afther looking at the car under light he passed out.He don't think the car will make it.the true story is he passed an off duty cop at 78 mph and then was going for more speed when the tires broke loose and lost full control and hit the guard rail at about the same or less speed. he tried to gain control when he took the median to get out of the way of traffic.if he live's and that's a big if I will kill him for what he has done to the CAR AND THE POA.I HOPE Al Stoner DOSE NOT HATE US FOR THIS!!!! We did call CJ to help us take care of the problem.(that's what the Doc said) ------------------ |

Don't worry.......if the yellow cat is not repairable, I know where there is another yellow one right here in Michigan that might still be for sale.......let's just hope the damage isn't that bad, though. Kim.........we will be on Bob's cell.....248.425.7920 if you need to get in touch with us. I've already been in touch with Art and he's going to call us today, too. Don't worry about anything with regard to that..........just get better...both of you! This message has been edited by CJ on 02-26-2005 at 05:49 AM |

Jerry, good luck and get better. Since you are the Moddersville insurance claims adjuster I know this will work out in your favor. Before you are done this will become the off duty cops fault somehow and you and Kim will land a big payday! |

Jerry, Hope everything works out.
