I bought a Prowler rear bumper from this guy through eBay. He advertised it as New, when I received it, it was obviously a Used bumper. When I opened the box, the packaging was pretty bad. The bumper slid around and is all scuffed up. But, I got a good deal on the price so didnt leave him a negative. On all the stuff I sell on eBay I always put in to email any questions before bidding. I also ask questions before I bid on stuff. I've done over 600 transactions and have only been stiffed once, and screw** only a few other times. 99% of the people on eBay are straight up but that 1% always ruins it. JMO Good luck Chi_Town in your quest for justice... PS- I'll not bid on WildPig's auctions again Buddy |

Ebay has a program you can join called Square trade that allows its users to remove negative feedback. I do not know all the details but I do not think it is a good idea. Ebay will also listen to both sides of a arguement and make their own decision on what is fair. Also you can forward any emails from a dealer to ebay showing what their responce to a complaint from you was. They will contact the seller to see if a complaint can be resolved. I would also complain to ebay that this seller had all of the negitives removed as this should not be allowed even if he is a square trade dealer. My wife and I do a lot of business on ebay (as a hobby) and 99% of the time it works great, and 1% of the time you end up dealing with a idiot (buyer or seller) Keep complaining with ebay and I bet you get justice with this guy. I bid on several of his items, and won a couple. Everything arrived promptly and was packaged nicely. Overall it was a satisfactory transaction. Looks like I got lucky. JMO |

If Chi did put the "F" and "MF" words in his feedback to this guy I assume ebaY would remove the feedback right away. Even if it was well deserved. |

As I posted in his original posting of his sales, read ALL of the guy's negative feedbacks. He has a history dealing with bad shipping/packaging practices. Maybe if he gets the price he wants, he packs good. If not, he just throws it in a box, seals it up, and ships it out. |

I HAVE BEEN LUCKY. I BOUGHT A COUPLE OF ITEMS from depdog1 AND THEY ARRIVED AS DESCRIBED " THE NEW FRONT BUMPERS I bought " Also I ALMOST BOUGHT A NEW SET OF TIRES AND RIMS, BUT HE DECLINED AT THE LAST MINUTE " I WAS THE BACK UP BUYER " HE SAID THE ORIGINAL BUYER DECIDED THEY COULD PAY AFTER ALL? I SO FAR HAVE NOT HAD A small ticket item ( less than $500.00 ) E-BAY transaction that was bad . I will keep my fingers crossed. |
