first time I ever drove a Kat was Christmas Eve 1998.....it was extremely cold and my son and I took the 99 black Kat for a shakedown cruise at about midnight.....there was no one else on the streets anywhere except for us.....the car rode so harsh I didn't really think I wanted to keep it, but I eventually got used to it....used to drive mine in the 20 degree weather all the time with the top down and heat on around town, but low 40s is about all I can stand on the interstate and I had to put on a sweatshirt then too..... |

Okay, maybe I was a bit premature. (Get your collective minds out of the gutter, people. This is the ONLY aspect of my life that I'm premature). It's about 75 here in beautiful southern Minnesota today. Trouble is, it was 43 with rain yesterday and we'll have snow flurries by Monday. I can't win when it comes to predicting the best day to put the Kat to bed for the winter. Kevin ------------------ |

A/C, it was in the upper 70s here today with high winds. My hair didn't look any worse than usual (in my opinion). lol |

We had mid 60's here today with some showers. It was a good day to put the cars away. I am parked now until the addition to the house is finished next July. |

Tornado night before last. It crossed the county about 5 miles south of us. Destroyed a Menninite (?) school. Hit Central Missouri State University. Destroyed some of the University's buildings. |

Well..........I was back here in 1994......but I sure don't remember that.......must not have been that bad. Was that just one day at that time or a long period of time? I guess Michiganders are just tougher people. |
