Evil Elf - Hope you are getting lots of seat time miles, plus thousands of smiles, while out crusing in your new cat. Make sure the Man of Metal keeps the new 'baby' clean, but it is your job to keep the wheels shining

ENJOY THE RIDE

WELCOME HOME Vera... we ALL appreciate your personal contributions to our daily Freedoms!!!

I hope you will enjoy your Red Kat for many, many years to come and it was a pleasure helping Ken personalize it just for you with SHIMMERS and the SSS.

We hope to meet y'all soon... maybe the Turkey Run in Daytona Beach during Thanksgiving?

Best wishes and THANKS again for everything,

Jay

Well, it had to happen! We knew it was coming! Just hoped for later rather than sooner! Vera rec'd word today she's leaving me again! Happily, since she must leave--it's to MacDill AFB, FL (Tampa area)--only 500 miles/8 hrs from me!

So, I shall hate to see her go [again] but this time it's for 5-mos, thereabouts. Then what, she doesn't yet know!!

Sure was great having her home awhile. She'll be leaving Nov 5th--just 3 weeks from tomorrow! New Orleans, here we come! Almost made it a few weeks ago, then Ivan ruined our plans. Should be OK now! Just an update on my nomad wife!

Larry, she will initially drive her PT Cruiser down to haul tons of stuff that won't 'fit' in the cat AND assess the parking situation where she'll be living [on base] and I've already offered to drive HER cat down n swap [cars, Larry, cars] for awhile--she can always drive the cat back up here one weekend n swap [cars, Larry, cars] back! We've discussed it, ya' Arid Zona BackStreet Kitty!
