Thanks for all the great comments from everyone. Hopefully the non-posting people will read this and post something more. I hope to meet some of you at a upcoming event sometime. Since we have a 16 month old little girl, traveling in a Prowler can be a challenge. But we will do what we can. Thanks again. G'day all, I live near Sydney in Australia and I am very new to Prowler Online, only having registered today. However I have been visiting this site on and off for some time now. I don't own a Prowler yet, but I am planning to make sure there is 1 less over there sometime in the future. I have been lusting after a Prowler ever since the concept was reported on in Car Mags and have been following the development ever since. By the way, the Prowler story on this site is fantastic. As said I do plan to purchase one, when I can save enough readies, and given the difference in our exchange rates, that will be quite some time, but you have to have goals! My wife is already planning those long weekend and holidays drives around this magnificent country of ours, which at least is a positive sign. Good (in this case GREAT) things come to those who wait. I will be stopping by here every now and then to say g'day, and would hope that I could develop a small network of friends amongst you so that when I am ready to buy, I could get a few hints. Hoo roo for now and I look to my association with Prowleronline both as a dreamer and then as an enthusiast! |

Welcome to the POA, Anthony. When you get ready to buy we will gladly give you advice. In fact, we give advice everyday, even to people who do not want to hear it. lol. I am sure the Prowler will stand out, down under. There are a few in New Zealand, also. Roger Scorgie was here last year with a couple of his employees and we took them for a Prowler ride to Rabbit Hash, KY. They had an enjoyable day as Rabbit Hash has about 8 buildings in the entire town. I have been to Australia once, I think it was 1989. Visited Sydney and Cairnes. Snorkeled on the Barrier Reef. Beautiful country. Thanks for posting and good luck with the hunt for the perfect Prowler. ------------------ |

quote: Welcome to POA Anthony and I sure can't think of a better goal than wanting to own the coolest car on the planet!! If you keep on posting on POA, you'll have more than a small network of friends!!! You won't find a better group of people....and a group so willing to help out. If there are any new ones still available when you are ready to purchase.........I can help with that search. If you are looking for a pre-owned at that time, there are sources like our Classified Ad section and ebay! |

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. One of my first tasks over the coming months/year is to try and get in contact with some of the extremely fortunate Australian owners. I am just excited about some already being here. Catch you all soon. |
