I often see on this board that Inca Gold is the least favorite color of the people that visit Prowler on Line. However, I have an Inca Gold and think the color is appropriate for the style, wouldn't look good on another make of car. As we all do, I get an enormous amount of comments from people that see the car and the overwhelming comment they make is that they like the color. Almost everyone likes the color. The resale will not be affected. Anyway, buy the car and color you like for your desires, not the desires of some possible future owner. So I have concluded that all other color owners of prowlers are jealous since Inca Gold was only made in the last year and they already have something boring like black, silver or purple. Just having Fun. |

Welcome, and personally I think 35K for a new 02 Prowler is a great price...Don't hesitate, and don't worry about the cabin size...I call it "cozy" ...LOL I have driven mine every day for a year and a half now. Treat it like a normal car and it will act like one...just no trunk space, but I don't care. Too much fun! Black Tie IS a great color...LOL. But expect to pay a bit more for those and the Woodwards... ------------------ |

Kat Dreamer: I think golds are cool. I'll admit - I wasn't crazy over the color at first, but after seeing one in person I now like the color. One with a hard top and spoiler is a killer look! ------------------ |

I don't think they made a bad color for the Prowler! Gold is cool...I saw it on a PT cruiuser, though, and I thought it didn't work as well....too slab-sided for the gold to work. |
