Alright Marty! Only as you know, those can be some of the toughest miles we put on but weeeeeeeeeelllllll worth it.
Took my car to the track last week and was only able to make one run but not bad at 13.6 and 100mph. Afterwards met up with 6 other local owners at a huge cruise in (well over a hundred cars) and had a great time.

Here's a pic of Bob Goetz' car with the same wheels- just add flames! Of course now Bob is talking about upgrading his wheels again!

Marty,
Glad you got your car back in time for the trip. Sorry to hear about your misfortune on the Hwy. At least it wasn't bad enough to keep you from driving it and missing out..

I'm looking forward to seeing you in the Smokies.

Ron

Ron - I am not taking any chances. I droped the car off today to have cooling system checked, battery/alternator looked at since it sounds like the battery is weak when I start it (the car is almost 4 years old and has 60,000 + miles on originalk battery) and when I turned on AC for first time in two months today, all I got was hot air. While it is in there, I am having suspension parts checked out and four wheel alignment done.

Hopefully that should take care of everything.

Marty

Hey Marty, not quite everything. Make sure to have a full N2O bottle in the car and one as a back up.
