Actually, it does. I post here from time to time but I don't need another star when I send in my buck. People should fell free to be here, post if they want to, and not feel "obligated" if they don't want to send in money. Personally, this site has helped my Prowler ownership immensely and I'm more than happy to donate to keep up the maintenance for the site but I don't, as I said, want to feel obligated to do so. Hey Judy and Mike - We are sending the money to you all to keep this great site up and running for all of us. You put whatever recognition you want to next to my name and I'll accept that as your thank you for my contribution! Thank you both for everything you do for us owners. ------------------ |

General, after you check out that curator you may want to check out that Gary C guy. Who in the world would move from California to Indiana in the middle of winter????????? I think this guy must be some sort of Spy or something... |

You can see from Ed's example how crowded the real estate will be with stars after a number of years. My suggestion is only 1 star is shown on the side bar. In January the star get deleted. This would serve as the reminder to show our support for the new year. As donations come in the star reappears for another year. JMO My check will request leaving 1 star. I don't want to be a General like Ed. LOL ------------------ |

if stars where handed out for every contribution made over the year, mike and judy's personal banner would NEVER load due to the weight of all the stars so....here's my personal thanks to mike and judy for all the friends, fun and laughs that kyle and i have had/made on this site since we first joined!!! A BIG OLE TEXAS THANKS PADNER!! kyle and kandace |

Nice idea stevedymo, but the stars also show how long you've been here and contributing. Just think 5 years down the road when someone replies and has 7 stars next to their name.....You know you are instantly talking to a board vet who has a good history knowledge of past topics.... I dunno, I just like the stars.....I should have 2 stars appear any day now.. ------------------ |

BT161 On the left your register date is under your State, so 5 years from now I could see 1 star and tell your a board vet from the date you registered for this great site. Makes for a much cleaner sidebar. ------------------ |

stevedymo.....That was a good point! I didn't even notice the registered date....So the star system will just serve to point out the deadbeats........ |

BT, What if someone made a donation and requested no star just said "heres my buck, thank you" so now with no star hes a deadbeat? seems to me that this subject is getting to deep and sooner or later someone is gonna take it real personal. JMO block-buster ------------------

All I can say is Mike & Judy have given us a great website to use for our Prowler community. Everyone is free to donate as they feel is appropriate. Some people like to be recognized for their donation, some don't. There is no way they can possibly please everyone with no stars, one star, multiple stars, etc. If everyone would refrain from being judgemental about wether there is or isn't a star by someone else's name and just decide what they are comfortable with on their own Avatar we can all back to having fun on the site.
