A little bit of Prowler history from "inside" the Prowler Design Team on what could have been if... Prolwer exterior colors planned after Candy Red were "White Lightning Pearl", "Black Thunder Pearl" and "Custom Cream Pearl" with matching cool vanilla interior and soft hardtop. If only the kat had "more lives"! |

Flames... I say semi ghost blue with brilliant orange/purple tips in shimmering colors. |

I think the pearl white would look great & if you went with flames, do something subtle to compliment the paint. Add some mica to the pearl, do some flames with the SpectrFlair silver. That would be HOT! This message has been edited by prowlerbabe on 11-22-2002 at 09:28 PM |

Pearl white looks good on a Lexus, not on a hot rod or a Prowler. It's not a hot rod color JRL |

I argee on not painting white on a Prowler......Not a "Hot Rod" color IMO. I love my BLACK because its "classy" but my fav has to be the AWESOME ORANGE I painted for Mike. Everytime I see it, It makes me want to change the color on mine!!! I once had a 75 2002 BMW that I painted "GOLF". It was a "eat at Joe's " yellow. It really stood out and I had many many comments how poeple liked the color. It always placed in the shows. However, I dont think its a Prowler color. I'll try to post pics of Mikes car |

Here are two images I fooled around with a couple months ago when cosidering other colors: Dark Pewter
If I were to repaint mine, my first choice, besides the stock Prowler red, would be high gloss lipstick red. ------------------ • MTD Prowler Intake System 2.2 This message has been edited by William Gallagher on 11-23-2002 at 01:21 PM |

Love the white, thanks Bill Larry, one thing to concider. If you plan on painting this car every winter why not get a black car to start with so the tub is black. Or paint the tub black when painting the car so when the hood is up you will not have to repaint it each time |

I still think the Pearl White with SpectraFlair flames would be awesome. BTW, the above pictures of the DC IScream Prowler is Stone White, it's not a Pearl. |
