![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I would personally check the weather first, really can't enjoy your Kat in a storm. Have a safe trip. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Absolutely drive the Kat (if the weather forecast is fine). We spent 13 hours in our Kat and it was much more enjoyable than 8 hours in our Caddie has ever been. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Trailer the Kat out then Prowl if you don't feel too comfortable driving that far... Some guys have medical problems ie lower back and were able to hack the ride (names omitted ![]() Hey you coming to Skyline Tour in October? It would be great to see you again!

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have had my Kat for 5 months now and 2500 miles. I am leaving next week for a 2 week driving vacation. I am taking my Kat from Houston to Greenville SC and back with a lot of playing in between. We will be taking the lower route going and upper coming back. Trying to see all in between. SO take the Kat ..... That is why I have mine. Jim & Lori |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey Guys & Gals, Well I decided to take the Prowler Friday afternoon (8/16) I was on I-90 (Mass pike and NY thruway) and I thought I would run into a little rain by Albany... no big deal. Instead I got hammered with rain for nearly 140 miles. Down poured from Albany to almost Syracuse. My top did not leak until I stopped for a pit stop and after I opened the doors the top leaked by the seam in the middle of the window. It was raining so hard at time I could only do 25-30 mph. Also my g/f said that water was dripping on her feet in the passenger foot well when It was raining hard. I might have a leak someplace near the front firewall on the passenger side. I woke up early saturday and washed the car so it looked good for the Family BBQ. Had a fun time driving Saturday and Sunday! Next time If there is any chance of rain I will not take the cat. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Spoons have the dealer check the weatherstripping on the Apost and windshield. You will see a drain hole in the piece on the A pillar. If it is clogged up you will get water running down and dripping on floor board or off of dash. Marty This message has been edited by Marty Usher on 08-19-2002 at 09:13 AM |
