At my home that is. I know I’ve seen some other awesome garages pictures, but I still wanted to post pictures of mine. After dealing with this all summer (may never do construction again!), I can finally use it! Made it as big as possible which turned out to be 26 by 16. There’s a 10 x 10 next to it that I just couldn’t fit in the picture. Now I just gotta find those heat lights for winter detailing!

Wayne - Thanks
A/C - Does the junk include THE stamp that is the A/C stamp of approval?

Hack,

Thanks. It’s a steel siding. I wanted it water proof so I would wash cars in it. The siding is on the ceiling too. I did leave the exterior brick wall that was already there. So far, with no “traffic” going through this part of the garage, there doesn’t seem to be hardly any dust settling on the cat. However, I don’t think it would take much to get the brick covered.

Whealy,
Does you area allow a sewer for when you wash?

Yep. There’s a drain in the middle of the floor. There’s a non-frezing hose bib in there. Although it’s only a few inches off the ground as it had to match up with the main floor height. Then there’s the mud sink with hot and warm water obviously connected to the same drain. I also had a line run off the sink for a regular hose bib. The reason for that is that the sink water is “softened”. I can’t believe the difference using “softened” to wash the cat.

Whealy,
You are lucky, up here they don't allow drains in residential garages, sweet setup.

I believe drains in the floor in Indiana are also illegal, but they still get put in, that is why I do not have one. I build my house 8 years ago and just had 2" of fall from house to drive in 24'. Yes, I wash the car in there in the winter

I need a new garage guess it will have to wait a few more years, or get rid of a few things

Nice place Bill

Very nice !! I love all the room you have around the car when it's parked there.

I hope a picture of our garage NEVER gets posted!

I wish my house was as big as your garages! Prowler = small house, no Prowler = big house. Didnt't take me long to decide. Very, very nice.
