Ben... I know that there are ship's tours of certain area available, like the bridge, galley, etc. What about the engine room? I would like very much to see 103 THOUSAND HORSEPOWER!!! Jay |

Jay, the engine room was an off limits place even before heightened security times. Now it is impossible... even for my brother-in-law. Ben |

CJ, If you don't want dessert just tell them to give yours to the crew. You can eat as much or as little as you choose. Hey, MI in February must be a little cool and some warm weather would be a nice change. Say Hi to Bob from Jane and me. This message has been edited by CA Phil on 08-14-2002 at 12:03 AM |

Jay: This sounds like a great time! Wish we could be there, but I need to start taking Jamie to visit colleges and we are planning on going to Philadelphia at the end of February. (Want her to visit when it's somewhat cold so she can have a reality check on the winters before she makes her final decision on where to attend) Have a great time! TKFisher... Philadelphia in February? Awfully cold, a lot colder than Texas and I can assure you the Caribbean will be a lot warmer. I hear the weather improves in Philadelphia sometime in March. Check you calendar and maybe you can make a slight adjustment. Best wishes, Jay |

quote: Jay: I know, but that is the whole point of taking her in February. She has grown up her whole life in Texas and exept for a few snow and ice storms she has never experienced really cold winters with lots of snow. I want her to get the true feeling for PA before she makes a decision on actually attending college there. Unfortunately there is just not enough time in our schedules or hers to make an adjustment. Have a great time though and we will be thinking of you as you have a great time! See you at CTC though and we are looking forward to checking out your SSS system. Tami and Ken |
