I just saw a picture of the 50th ann. Corvette. The color on the outside looks like the deep Candy thats on the Prowler. The inside is a color called Shale, a light grey and the vert top is also Shale:YUCK!!! Still no change on the C5/Glad I got a Kat/former Vette owner... You can see the pictures in this weeks Autoweek.

I too thank the stars that I didn't get a vette instead. Nice car, but tooooooooooooooo many of them.

Thats right JP, just a nice car... I wanted a cool looking machine and thats the Prowler. I was reading the American Roadster book I got from CJ and Larry Shonda the designer for the Stingray Vette and the Boss Mustang which I loved, had some design input on the Prowler. Some people who were on the ordering list for the 2003 Ann. Vette, have now drop off. wwwcfivevette.com

It's ugly. It's not candy but a sort of maroon color.
Interiot is bad. For a 50th anniversary you would think we would be offered a great 'vette, but all there is a paint job and an ugly one at that.

Like my Vette, but LOVE my Prowler. I think Chevy could have done a little more for the 50th....
